My usual coffee shop experience consists of hours staring at a screen. Getting a break from the norm, It was infinitely better interviewing Jon and Stephanie than my usual Facebook scrolling. Learning about the history, heartache, and joy that their coffee shop had, I’m now able to appreciate it in a way I never could have before.
